FAMUR is an experienced and recognized manufacturer of armoured conveyor systems, gathering brands such as NOWOMAG, RYFAMA and GLINIK.
The systems, composed of armoured face conveyors and beam stage loaders are characterized by a modern design, high capacity, durability and reliability. They work particularly well in the toughest mining and geological conditions and they are available in various versions and options suitable for individual customer’s needs. Armoured conveyors are adapted for each haulage system of shearer loaders operating on longwalls of medium and high performance. The pan route width (750 to 1200mm) is selected and adapted depending on and according to the mining production concentration on short and long walls, in seams of low, medium and high thickness.
Beam stage loaders along with crushers and boot end devices have a significant impact on efficiency of the output material haulage to the belt conveyor. Within the longwall system the beam stage loaders can work with armoured face conveyors and belt conveyors manufactured by FAMUR, as well as with any conveyors by other manufacturers. Conveyors may be integrated with lump breakers. They may be also equipped with various types of boot ends which enables the longwall operation with no need to shorten the belt.
