We perform heat treatment in deep electric furnaces with protective atmospheres, accommodating loads up to 5 tons gross and dimensions of:
- Ø1500, L-1600 mm
- Ø1200, L-3000 mm
This allows us to process components of various sizes and specifications.
Our capabilities include:
🔹 Gas carburizing – carburized layer thickness from 1 mm to 4 mm
🔹 Bulk heat treatment – quenching in water or oil, and annealing processes
🔹 Induction hardening – hardening of gear teeth, diameters, flat and shaped surfaces
🔹 Material testing – conducted in our in-house laboratory

Additionally, we offer surface cleaning of components after heat treatment via shot blasting or high-pressure washing.

- Metallographic microstructure analysis
