FS 400

The FS 400 has been developed as a combination of advanced technological and technical solutions with the highest quality materials. This machine is characterised by high efficiency, reliability, ease of use and operation.

The FS 400 is a shearer loader designed for working with all types of conveyors of 850 to 1200 mm wide and with the Eicotrack (125 or 126 mm) Megatrack® (147 mm) or Gigatrack (151 mm) haulage systems.

Its modular design allows to obtain various shearer heights without changing the hauling (carriage) bodies. It is provided with the control system with full diagnostics and with integrated radio remote control system, thus allowing for full monitoring of the machine operation on a mine surface, according to the Industry 4.0 standard.

The FS 400 can be provided in the along with additional equipment enabling operation in an automatic or remote cycle. The shearer is adapted to work in underground mines of class “a”, “b”, “c” methane explosion hazard and class “A” and “B” coal dust explosion hazard.
