Gate (beam stage loader) crushers
FAMUR is an experienced and recognized manufacturer of gate (beam stage loader) crushers.
Gate (beam stage loader) crushers can be installed on the route of various types of beam stage loaders, as well as on belt or scraper transfer points.
FAMUR crushers are characterized by simple operation and high reliability. They can be easily reinstalled and adapted to the right or left direction of material haulage. They have a wide range of adjustment of the crushing shaft height, which enables obtaining the right assortment/size during crushing
- drive transmitted by means of a belt or toothed transmission/gear
- hydraulic lifting of the shaft, as well as its easy blocking in the crusher body with inserts and two beams (resulting in the hammer/beater height adjustment above the scrapers being quick and safe) or locks in the crusher body
- central systems for spraying the material output and lubricating individual rolling bearings with solid grease or oil
- replaceable beater/hammer tips that can be regenerated when worn (in order to increase the life of the bodies, materials with very high abrasion resistance were used in their construction)
- drive transmission by means of a belt transmission, which to a large extent dampens dynamic loads transferred from the shaft to the electric motor, or by means of a toothed transmission/gear
- overload coupling protecting the crushers against failure in the event of the hammers/beaters being blocked
- rotational speed sensor that controls the excessive decrease in the shaft rotation and protects against damage (especially of the electric motor) – it is intended to switch off the conveyor (BSL) and the crusher early enough in the event of a reduction in the rotational speed of the crushing shaft
