Regeneration of components and production:

Processes: rough and finish turning, grinding, keyway milling, threading, heat treatment (hardening, carburizing)

Processes: hobbing, slotting, tooth grinding, heat treatment (surface hardening), gear tooth inspection

  • BUSHINGS and DISCS

Processes: hole turning, drilling, reaming, tapping, slotting, heat treatment

Sample parts: bearing bushings, couplings, spacer rings, mounting flanges

  • HOUSINGS AND LEVERS

Processes: milling, drilling, threading, machining of reference and shaped surfaces, heat treatment, grinding, thermal cutting

Sample parts: gearbox reaction plate, turbine nacelle housings, electric motor housings, bearing housings, control levers, adjustment mechanism components, mounting plates, brackets, covers, structure frames and subframes

Precise quality control

To ensure high quality of products and services, production processes are supervised by a specialized Quality Control Department, equipped with modern measuring and control tools, including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) Carl Zeiss with accuracy up to 2 μm and the following operating parameters:
