On 13 December, the FAMUR Group signed an agreement with Polska Grupa Górnicza (PGG) for the supply of 96 sets of new powered roof supports for the Murcki-Staszic Coal Mine (KWK Murcki-Staszic). The supports are to be delivered to the customer within 18 weeks of signing the agreement. The contract's net value is almost PLN 44.5 million.

One of the last social campaigns joined by FAMUR was the Miles of Good. Together with our employees, we raised funds for the Dom Aniołów Stróżów in Katowice, which helps children and adolescents from difficult backgrounds.
The Miles of Good is a nationwide campaign that consists in collecting the largest possible number of 1 Polish Zloty coins. During the finals organised at the beginning of July in various Polish cities, one-zloty coins are arranged into chains of good.

For some kids these will be their first summer trips ever. The campaign was also participated by our colleagues from TDJ SA and TDJ Estate.
Dom Aniołów Stróżów (the House of the Guardian Angels) reaches 600 children per year as part of a daily care, but also within the framework of street programmes and a series of free classes. In addition, approximately 80 families use the family counselling service in this facility.
