BEAM STAGE LOADERS

Beam stage loaders manufactured by the FAMUR Group are modern conveyors designed for use at faces of medium and high mining concentration. As part of the longwall system beam stage loaders face conveyors can be used with various types of face scraper conveyor and discharge designs as well as any belt conveyors. Appropriate drive power, capacity and route durability make it possible to use them in the most difficult seam conditions. These machines are made of materials with high abrasion resistance which guarantees a long service life of individual subassemblies and low failure rate, which minimises the maintenance at the face. They allow mining in continuous operation.  

Beam stage loaders manufactured by FAMUR are characterised by easy start-up even under heavy load with winning material. They feature the equipment facilitating mechanisation of works related to a chain tensioning and tension control. Conveyors can be fitted with various types of lump breakers and equipped with various types of belt tail pieces.

They enable face mining without the otherwise necessary reduction of the belt length of 3 to 20 m. Depending on the turning station or belt tail piece type (belt tailpiece), a portion of the conveyor structure is made as a rigid as a ramp or a series of torsional line pan with a sliding guide.
