BOTTOM LUMP BREAKER

They are designed for breaking lumps of all types of coals, as well as rocks occurring in winning. They can be operated with beam stage loaders of different line pan cross-sections and capacities. A wide range of shaft height adjustment above scrapers is provided to obtain appropriate grain output. The breaker shaft is drive by an electric motor via a belt or gear transmission.

The drive shaft with replaceable breaking hammers is mounted in the body. The overload coupling protects the breaker against failure in the case of drive shaft blocking. The breaker has central lubricating and spraying systems.
