Mirosław Bendzera graduated from the Cracow University of Economics in the field of Management and Marketing. He was a member of management bodies of such companies as Ponar Wadowice SA and Ponar Silesia SA; he also held a managerial position in Toyota Motor Poland Co. Ltd. Since 2009, he has been a member of management boards of companies affiliated with TDJ Group. He held the position of President of Management Board at Odlewnia Żeliwa Śrem SA, Pioma-Odlewnia sp. z o.o. and at Polska Grupa Odlewnicza SA In October 2014, he took over as President of FAMUR SA Between January and July 2016, he was also a member of the Management Board of Elgór+Zamet Sp. z o.o.

Bartosz Bielak graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and completed PhD studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. In addition: ACCA – The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Glasgow, UK; Financial Risk Manager – Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) member; Certified Internal Auditor – Institute of Internal Auditors member. From 2001 to 2013 he worked for PwC Polska sp. z o.o. (positions from consultant to director responsible for a wide range of consulting projects). Since 2013 he runs a one-man business in the area of consulting services. From 20 May 2016 to 15 December 2016 Bartosz Bielak served as the member of the Supervisory Board of KOPEX SA, delegated on 14 September 2016 to perform duties of the member of the management board. Since 09 December 2016 r. he is the Branch Operations Manager of KOPEX SA Head Office Zabrze Branch.

Dawid Gruszczyk graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice and Schools of Postgraduate Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and General Jerzy Zietek Silesian Higher School of Management in Katowice. Between 2003 and 2008, he was affiliated with ELGÓR + HANSEN Sp. z o.o., where he worked at the Office of Advisers to the Management Board. Starting in 2004, he held various managerial positions in ELGÓR + ZAMET Sp. z o.o. He has been a member of the Management Board of FAMUR SA since January 2016.
Tomasz Jakubowski graduated from the Silesian University of Technology in Katowice, Faculty of Transport. He also graduated postgraduate business management studies based on the structure of the MBA program organized by the Warsaw School of Economics in collaboration with the University of Minnesota (USA). During his professional career Tomasz Jakubowski has held executive positions and he has been a member of the boards of numerous limited companies of the TDJ Group, including Zakłady Mechaniczne Zamet SA and FMG Pioma SA. In 2003-2010 he was in function of the President and Vice President of Management Board in FAMUR SA. He was also the President of Fabryka Zmechanizowanych Obudów Ścianowych FAZOS SA. He was a member of the Supervisory Board in Kompania Węglowa SA starting from July 2012, and from May 2014 to January 2015 he was the Deputy CEO for Restructuring and Development in the aforementioned company. Since May 2015 Tomasz Jakubowski has been in function of the Deputy CEO of Zamet SA. In addition, within the structure of the Zamet Group he was in function of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zamet-Budowa Maszyn SA (from August 2017 to September 2018) and the CEO of Zamet Industry sp. o.o. (from January to September 2018).
He graduated from the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. From January 2003 to September 2014 Waldemar Łaski was sitting in the Management Board of FAMUR SA in function of the Deputy CEO and the CEO. Currently, he is a member of the Management Board of FAMUR FAMAK SA and SKW Biuro Projektowo-Techniczne sp.o.o. and since 2016 he’s been a member of the Supervisory Board of FUGO SA – subsidiaries of FAMUR SA.

Zdzisław Szypuła graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow. He has been working in the machinery industry since the beginning of his professional career. In 1984, he started working at Zakłady Naprawcze Taboru Kolejowego “NOWY SĄCZ” SA In 1999, he joined NFUG “NOWOMAG” SA, where in 2005 he became Vice-President of Management Board, and in 2009 President of Management Board, a position which he held until 2011. After that, between 2011 and 2014, he was President of Management Board of FMG “PIOMA” SA He has been a member of the Management Board of FAMUR SA since June 2015.
Manages the Longwall Systems Segment at FAMUR Group.
He is a graduate of the Master of Business Administration program at Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw. He also completed numerous managerial courses. He began his professional career in BRADO companies where he was the President of the Management Board of Z.M. BRADO 2 SA among others.. He also held the position of the President of the Management Board at RODO SRL in Romania and Lodus Sp. z o. o. He was the Head of the Distribution Center at Animex SA (Smithfield Foods Incorporated), and in 2000-2015 he worked for the Finnish Group RAMIRENT where he served as the Vice President of the Management Board of RAMIRENT Scaffolding Sp. z o.o. and as a member of the Management Board of RAMIRENT SA Starting from April 2015 he was the Vice President of the Management Board of NiUW Glinik, and one year later he became the President of the Management Board of this company. Since 2017 he has worked for FAMUR SA

Since 1998, she has been a member of management boards of companies affiliated with TDJ Group. She has been a member of Management Board of FAMUR SA since 2002, i.e. since formation of the Group began. Her responsibilities include adapting new companies in the Group to the International Accounting Standards and acquiring funds. In 2016, she was appointed President of Management Board of KOPEX SA
Tomasz Domogała obtained the degree of Master of Business Administration at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in the USA. He also holds diplomas of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow and the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering of the University of Loughborough in Great Britain. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of FAMUR SA since 2004, and its Chairman since 2010. In the same year, Tomasz Domogała also took over as Chairman of Supervisory Board of the TDJ fund and therefore assumed control of companies forming the portfolio as the owner of the entire TDJ Group. Among others, four large corporate groups are currently subsidiaries of the fund: FAMUR, KOPEX, Polska Grupa Odlewnicza and Zamet Industry. Tomasz Domogała also invests in the real estate market and in start-up companies. He established the TDJ for Education and Development Foundation supporting education and development of children and youths. In 2016, he assumed control of the KOPEX Group, thereby completing the biggest acquisition in the mining machine manufacturers industry in Poland.
President of the Management Board of TDJ SA, responsible for corporate governance of the entire Group, with which he has been affiliated since 1992. He held managerial positions in many group companies, actively participating in multiple investments and acquisitions. Currently, he is a member of managerial bodies and supervisory boards of multiple entities of the TDJ corporate group. He specializes in matters related to capital market and corporate finances. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Production of the Cracow University of Economics. He also completed Postgraduate Course in Management based on MBA structure at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Jacek Leonkiewicz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, the CBS (CEMS MIM) in Copenhagen and studied in Madrid. His career started in the J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch in London. Subsequently, he worked in PKO TFI, where he was involved in the stock market analysis, especially in the area of real estate, industrial, construction and transport businesses. Between 2013 and 2015, he was the managing director in the area of corporate governance and privatization in PKP SA, where he supervised the privatization processes in the PKP Group. He led i.a. the listing and the ABB of the PKP Cargo company. Between January 2015 and March 2016, he was the CEO of PKP Intercity SA Since April 2016 he has served as the managing partner in the TDJ Group, where he is responsible for corporate governance. Jacek Leonkiewicz is also a member of the supervisory boards of TDJ Group companies: FPM, Odlewnia Śrem SA, Pioma Odlewnia, Pemug SA, ZBM and PGO.
Michał Nowak is a graduate of British universities – he earned a Bachelor degree at the University of Reading and Master degree in economy at the University of Wawrick. In Great Britain he also completed the course for the statutory auditor (The ICAEW Chartered Accountant qualification). He started his professional career in PwC office in London and then held managerial functions in Orange Polska. Between 2014 and 2016 he was a managing director in PKP Intercity SA Since 2016 he has been associated with companies of TDJ group.
She graduated from the Cracow University of Economics in the field of Finance, Schools of Postgraduate Studies of financial and tax law at the Warsaw School of Economics as well as economic law at University of Economics in Katowice. Dorota Wyjadłowska passed the state exam for a tax advisor and she has been placed on the tax advisors list. She worked in the Treasury Office in Cracow. She also held a position of a Member of Management Board and a CEO of Spółka Doradztwa Podatkowego KDT Sp. z o.o. Since 2001 she has been an owner of KDP Kancelaria Doradztwa Podatkowego Dorota Wyjadłowska. In 2015 she became a Deputy CEO in Longline Sp. z o.o. in fields of finance and taxes.

Magdalena Zajączkowska-Ejsymont is a graduate of Finance and Banking at the University of Lodz. She is a licensed investment advisor. She started her professional career in PZU AM SA as a stock analyst and later as an investment advisor. Subsequently, she served as the deputy equity portfolio manager at Amplico PTE SA Between 2009 and 2015, she was the Deputy Head of the Equity Investment Department in PKO TFI SA Between 2013 and 2015 she also held the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board and an Audit Committee Chairman in PKP Intercity SA From February 2015 until March 2015, she was a Board Member in PKP Intercity S.A and was responsible for: finances, purchases, warehouse management, IT, audit and control, standards and quality, client service including the conductor services and HR. Between 2008 and 2014 she was also the president and vice-president of the Polish Association of Brokers and Investment Advisors. Since April 2016 she has been a managing partner in TDJ Equity, where she is responsible for corporate governance. Moreover, she is a member of the supervisory boards of TDJ group companies.
Tomasz Kruk graduated from the Faculty of Management in the Academy of Commerce and Law in Warsaw, where he got the master degree in economics (strategic management specialization). He gained the education in the field of risk management in the Warsaw School of Economics (postgraduate studies of Risk Management in Finance Institutions). He is qualified to managing projects (Prince2 Foundation Examination). In 2008, he got the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) diploma. Tomasz Kruk is a member of International Compliance Association and The Institue of Internal Auditors. He has 10 years of experience in assurance compliance internal audit, internal audit and special control, advisory audits, advisory of matters in contestation, risk management as well as in management of risk of fraud and malpractices projects. He held managerial and supervisory positions, including in the Investment Committees. For several years he worked directly with management and supervisory boards of private and public companies. Tomasz Kruk meets the Polish statutory independence criteria of member of the FAMUR SA Supervisory Board.
