Industrial Rope Access – Inspections and Repairs

Visual inspections during scheduled maintenance allow early damage detection and significantly reduce repair costs.

Yaw Ring Surface Refurbishment

Damage to the yaw ring disc in a wind turbine nacelle can result from failures of spring-applied or active (hydraulic) brakes. Without repair, the entire disc must be replaced, which requires nacelle disassembly and leads to extremely high costs.

We offer comprehensive yaw ring surface refurbishment, including precision grinding using specialized technology. This process restores proper smoothness, extends component lifespan, and eliminates the risk of costly downtime.

Additionally, we perform overhauls of spring-applied brakes, removing the root cause of damage and preventing future failures. We service turbines from various manufacturers – professionally, efficiently, and safely.
