We offer our customers a comprehensive service in terms of:

- production of components (machining of bodies, machining of gear yokes, milling and grinding of external and internal gears, chiselling of internal gears, turning and grinding of shafts, heat and thermo-chemical machining)

We have the capability to recondition and repair damaged or destroyed components.
Machining is carried out on machine tools of renowned manufacturers, such as: MORI SEIKI, GLEASON-PFAUTER, JUARISTI, MATEC, AXA or UNION in a modern complex located in Katowice.

* We also have software that allows us to make gear parts of any module using four-axis milling centres. Particularly useful for prototype, test, unit production (recovery in case of failure), without the need to purchase expensive tools.
The production process is supervised by quality control personnel. The department is equipped, in addition to basic manual measuring instruments, with two Zeiss coordinate measuring machines.
