What does the recruitment process look like?

Have you found an interesting ad? Take the first step towards working at the FAMUR - you can leave your CV in our database of candidates by sending documents to rekrutacja@famur.com

Our HR specialists will analyze the documents submitted for their compliance with the requirements set out in the ad for an individual position.

We will contact the selected candidates by phone. During the interview we will ask about your professional experience, qualifications and expectations towards the employer.

If your candidacy meets our requirements and your career goals and expectations will prove to be consistent with ours, expect an interview invitation. Our HR specialist will tell you about the intended course of the interview. You can be sure to meet your potential superior at this stage. Be prepared!

Depending on the position the recruitment is processed for, in addition to the standard interview we may ask you to take a test of knowledge or to fill in a professional profile form online, as well as we may invite you to participate in a specially prepared Assessment Center.

After each stage of the recruitment process we inform the candidates about our decision. If you are who we are looking for, we will invite you for an interview at the company headquarters or we will present you the terms of employment by phone.
